Application Method

• Visit the Administrative Welfare Center in the eup, myeon, or dong with jurisdiction over the applicant’s address

• Certified copy of alien registration, certified copy of resident registration abstract, certificate of nationality acquisition, certificate of program completion, copy of a bank account

• within 2 years from the date of nationality acquisition
